Exceptions
Replacements may be provided only if:

Your item arrived damaged.
To request a replacement, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Non refundable situations
We do not provide refunds for:

Incorrect size or style selection
Delayed delivery by the shipping carrier
Incorrect address provided at checkout
Normal wear and tear
Items marked as final sale or clearance
